Your real estate investing business can really take off when you have a lot of real estate leads coming in. These can be pre-foreclosures, bank reo, short sale, and anything that’s creating a motivated seller.
The goal is to find those motivated sellers right? One way to help with this goal is to use bird dogs who have the connections with property owners who might want to sell fast.
