Have you ever thought about how to negotiate with lenders for real estate deals.

In many cases you won’t want to ask for much as the lender may simply choose another bidder.

But when you’re negotiating with smaller lenders, and buying a lot of their inventory, you might have a chance to ask for more concessions.

When real estate investing and dealing with lenders, you might consider situations that might not only be appropriate to ask for a discount, but also a break on closing costs, interest rates, and terms in general. 

Always keep your eyes open for little ways you can create discounts because they can add up over time to nice sums of cash you get to keep in your pocket.
